What is the standard delivery timeline for heavy equipment?
For large items like treadmills and smart bikes, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. Smaller accessories are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
Do you provide professional installation services?
Yes, we offer complimentary professional installation for all smart equipment. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of delivery to schedule a convenient setup time.
What is the return policy for Flexnest products?
We offer a 10-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and sweatbands cannot be returned once opened.
Does the smart equipment require a subscription?
While our equipment works in manual mode without a subscription, a Flexnest Membership is required to access our library of trainer-led workouts, virtual tours, and performance tracking.
What kind of warranty is provided on fitness gear?
All Flexnest smart equipment comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer extended warranty plans at the time of purchase.
Which payment methods do you accept?
